Holiday rent

We only rent per week (from weekend to weekend) at € 85 per night (water, gas, electricity and linen included) for 2 persons. For the 3rd or 4th person you pay € 20 per night. If only 1 person rents, a discount will be given. For every 14 days of renting, one night will be offered to you for free. Children till the age of 1 year stay for free.

Cleaning costs: € 35.

A part of the rent has to be paid in advance to make a reservation for a certain week. All costs have to be paid at your arrival. A guarantee of € 300 (no cheque is allowed) will be asked upon arrival and will be refunded - if there are no problems - at the end of your stay.

Long term rent

Costs for 2 persons are € 1.400 per month, including gas, water and electricity, internet, and linen.
